7 Amazing Ways to Be HAPPY and STAY HAPPY In Life!
Nothing is more contagious than a positive person. Unfortunately, it’s often easier to see the negatives in life than the positives.
I blame the media and “apocalyptic” people who believe that almost everything is a harbinger of the end of the world for this negativity. no.
Bad things have happened for hundreds of years, and we’re still here! If you want to change your life by being happy and staying happy, try one or more of these tips!
1) Who has money…
I’ve always thought the old adage “money can’t buy happiness” was wrong. Money can definitely buy happiness.
The trick is not to focus on how much money you can have, but how much money you have.
Figure out how to squeeze some extra money out. Maybe through a few hours of overtime, or through a yard sale.
Spending a little more on what you want can make you a lot happier.
2) Prepare for a rainy day
Instead of spending your extra money, why not put some of it into your retirement fund or deposit it in the bank?
We tend to live in the present and worry about the future. Instead of worrying, do something about it!
If you put $10 into a savings account every week, you’ll have over $500 at the end of the year! This can be used to help you prepare for the future!
3) time
When was the last time you were alone for two hours straight?
Every week I make sure to get two hours away from my boyfriend and family.
Some weeks I spend time pampering myself in the bathroom, and other weeks I just drive two hours with music on.
A few hours away from reality can do wonders for your physical and mental health.
If it’s hard to carve out a few hours each week, try carve out one day a month and mark it as “your” special day.
Head to the spa, or walk around and browse the mall. Sit by the pond or lake and read a book, or stay home alone and spend the day surrounded by movies and snacks.
The key is to spend time alone so you don’t feel stressed.
4) Marry For Love
In the past, marriages were arranged for political or monetary gain.
Thankfully, this usually doesn’t work in most countries. I see too many high school students, usually girls, storm out of school, excited to start a family.
Unfortunately, they are often too hasty to marry the first suitable person and find themselves miserable years later when they discover what their spouse really likes.
I’ve always believed that you should live with someone before you get married, because when you live with someone, nothing is hidden.
Don’t rush into marriage. Instead, wait until you are absolutely sure that the person you are with is who you were meant to be with.
how can you do this
close your eyes. Now imagine yourself as an old man. Are they still sitting next to you, holding your hand?
If yes, then congratulations: you may have found the right person for you. If not, make sure you don’t rush into marriage as you may find that there are other people out there who are right for you.
5) Find joy in the little things
A beautiful butterfly flies past you. An old friend calls to renew your friendship.
Your boss tells you that you’ve been doing great lately.
These are the little things you need to focus on if you want to live a happy life.
Big things are nice, but they tend not to happen very often. Instead of looking ahead to the next “big” thing, focus on all the little things that happen every day that light up your world.
6) Slow down and listen to the sweetness
Four years ago, I realized that I was very nervous and cranky during the day.
I turned on the radio and immediately saw the difference in myself. The tension was gone from my shoulders and I felt energized enough to dance to the beat of the radio.
Music has a huge impact on how we feel, both emotionally and physically.
Try listening to a little music at a certain time of day. If you do this while trying to do an unpleasant task, like cleaning the house, you’ll find that time goes by faster and more pleasantly!
7) Let’s get started!
A friend of mine called me the other day and told me what a rough day she was having.
I told her she should go find her fiancé and have sex with him. She laughed and told me that she had just done it and it was the only reason she was still working.
Sex is a fantastic way to release the endorphins that make you feel good. If you don’t have the time or privacy for sweaty sex, try cuddling for a few minutes.
Often those few minutes of peace can help you put all the bad things that happened during the day behind you.
