DIRTY DEEDS DONE DIRT CHEAP: The Successor Trustee & Non-Judicial Mortgage Fraud

Dirty act and they do it cheaply! “

This article was inspired by six foreclosure law firm-appointed successor trustees who were granted by foreclosure parties in Missouri, a non-judicial foreclosure state. These successor trustees, who obtain these appointments from fictitious foreclosure parties, have fraudulently foreclosed and evicted 14,400 families each year in Jackson County, Missouri alone, over the past five years.

Jackson County is a medium-sized county in the United States.

This is the largest Ponzi scheme in the world. The number of parties that are in some way complicit is enormous. Yes, this is a conspiracy, there is no doubt about it.

But remember, the fact that you’re paranoid doesn’t eliminate the possibility that someone is out to get you!

OK, I just ate. I am right. You can’t work on a topic for 6 years, 7 days a week, and not understand the material. I may not be a genius, but I’m often told I’m smart. very smart? I don’t know, but I’m right about all of this.

Over the past 15 years, there have indeed been over 20 million criminal foreclosures in the United States. There are about 3 people in each family, so 60 million American refugees were forced from their homes, the dumbest yet most successful Ponzi scheme ever. Our US Congress, Department of Justice, and US court system have allowed every wrongful and illegal non-judicial foreclosure.

I haven’t seen this actual scoop anywhere on the internet. We have a bunch of lawyers with a website that spews out tons of information designed to convince you that they’re so smart they can sell ads in the margins of the site if you visit it. But do you really care about the latest big ruling that borrowers almost won? Of course not, you want to know how to save your house. Or, if you’re a true intellectual and you want to know how to save your country.

This is the real deal. In a state of judicial foreclosure, there is a normal home loan that includes logically two parties, the borrower and the lender with the home loan contract. A person who lends money to another person who wants to borrow money to buy a house, preferably before they are 60 years old.

These are the judicial foreclosure states:

Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, New Jersey, New Mexico*, New York, Northern Dakotas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont and Wisconsin

The party to the foreclosure must file a lawsuit between the borrower and the lender.Since this happens in court, it’s the fairest of the two, but evil will still win unless good men and women do the right thing

But, for years, people in town called “bankers” went around calling on the people who voted for us in the state legislature, called “lawyers.” Bankers convinced lawyers (I know this sounds backwards, but it’s true) that they needed to be able to foreclose on borrowers faster.

In 26 of the 50 states, they agreed to create non-judicial foreclosure systems.

This is not something I made up. I know that many people, myself included, think that the hyphenated word nonjudicial means that the borrower signed something that appears to take away his constitutional right to the due process clause. (We could use that, but you really need to research it) It doesn’t, but it makes it harder to fairly win wrongful foreclosure cases.

The due process clause comes from the 5th and 14th Amendments as “the right to be heard.” Now this has confused a lot of judges. Some are due to not reading or watching TV. Some because they weren’t smart enough to understand the Constitution. Some because they’re just bad guys.

But don’t believe that judges are all bad people. Because there are many judges who are right. Fine men and women with very bright minds rule with the borrowers.

Although, I’ve been unlucky enough to not run into them much.

But anyway. Non-judicially, the party wanting to foreclose alleges that he:

1. is entitled to receive payment from you,

2. If you do not pay him what you do not owe, declare that you are in arrears, and

3. The right to foreclose on your foreclosure and take title to your home on the sidewalk of the courthouse out of sight of any courthouse. It’s not a very strong action, more like a lien on your title, but it can get you evicted, although you still have the right to sue to get it back (unbelievable huh?)

In non-judicial foreclosure states, the parties to the foreclosure use tactics of chaos and anarchy to pass laws that don’t really make sense.

Non-judicial foreclosure states are:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana Dana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming

There are 3 parties to a home loan in a non-judicial foreclosure situation. Borrowers, lenders, and trustees who hold home loans for borrowers and lenders. It’s like horse racing.

Borrowers can still win in these states, but it’s much more difficult than in judicial foreclosure states, where the party to the foreclosure has to file a normal lawsuit to borrow money There is a fairer way of winning before a judge, or the borrower can request a jury trial. This is becoming a very popular strategy in all states.
