ARF-MC – The Life Performance Model

Remember this acronym! Sounds silly, but this message has been in the making for 20 years. I challenge anyone against it. Think of all the great achievements you’ve made and you’ll find this model in them all! ensure!

1. Attitude

Your body reflects your attitude. Every unwanted pound is an unwanted thought you have to get rid of. Think you’re skinny, and you will be. Love your body and you will attract more people, places and things that make you love your body more, such as: health, wealth and healthy people. If you feel disgusted with your body, you will attract people, places and things that help support that thinking, such as: disease, poverty and unhealthy people.

A healthy attitude is what leads to a successful training program; not the training program itself!

Just as a budding flower reflects what its roots are nourishing, your body reflects your attitude. Right now, your body is the sum of all the thoughts and decisions you have made so far. If you have anxiety and worry, your body reflects an attitude of anxiety and worry. It is impossible to change the attitude without the body following along. So the first thing to change is your mental outlook; not your cardio program!

2. Recovery

If your body is too tired, it won’t be able to perform at its best. Massage therapy is a holistic therapy that harmonizes the whole body. It can help with symptoms of chronic headaches, spinal and nerve problems, PMS, chronic fatigue syndrome, and countless other ailments. Hydrotherapy is one of the fastest ways to recover. Jacuzzis, swimming pools, and ice are all examples of spa treatments. They are one of the most commonly used components in rehabilitation centers. Our bodies are 75% water; so it’s no wonder why water is our main source of energy. Myo-facial therapy is a technique designed to remove all knots in the muscles to aid in postural deviations and overall movement of the body. If you are injured, you cannot play. Recovery helps prevent injury.

When you overtrain your body without proper recovery time, it turns against you with injuries and mental burnout. The recovery portion is the most focused part of any workout. The old-school thinking is that you reap what you sow. But the new way of thinking is that the more it hurts, the more it hurts! Don’t let pride get in the way of your results. Listen to your body and plan your workouts strategically, and plan your rest days ahead of time. You also want to plan how you will take your vacation. Whether it’s a splash in the good-for-your-body sea water or a massage, rejuvenate your body! It will thank you for the results.

3. Fuel

Water content regulates all functions of the body. A shortage of this natural body lubricant manifests itself in various symptoms, signs and complications, now known as diseases. It is a natural health remedy for many health conditions such as: arthritis pain, lower back pain, headaches, constipation, asthma and allergies. It’s also great for weight loss. Many people overeat because they are unknowingly trying to quench their thirst.

Many times when people pull and tear a muscle, their first thought is that they are not stretching enough. However, the body can signal drought in certain parts of the body by causing different pains and injuries in certain parts of the body. Back pain, arthritis pain, and headaches are just some of the symptoms of dehydration.

When you walk complaining of joint pain, your doctor will rarely question your hydration. They say rest, ice, and buy their drug, which is marketed by a powerful pharmaceutical company. They don’t question how well-hydrated your body is; they treat symptoms of dehydration. Over time, this symptom can turn into other symptoms, requiring more medication or surgery. The medical industry is exploiting our bodies’ thirst for water without us even knowing it. Think of your body as a car. If the car is starved of oil, it can slowly damage the engine or other areas that need lubrication. The same goes for our bodies.

The less water you drink, the more sore your joints will be. So when your body hurts, instead of reaching for the pill, reach for the water. You want to drink at least half your body weight in ounces. For example, I weigh 225 pounds, so I drink at least 113 ounces or less than a gallon of water per day. We can’t stick to the traditional 8-a-day habit because everyone’s body type is different. A college offensive lineman can’t drink as much water as a 125 lb woman!

Food keeps your metabolism firing throughout the day. Think of your metabolism as a fire that burns wood. The fire will burn fastest and hottest when you feed it small pieces of wood throughout the day. If you put a large piece of wood in once or twice a day, it will burn very slowly. Aim to eat five or six times a day to keep your fire burning fast. 75% of your success will depend on how serious you are about your food journal. It may take a few weeks to get used to eating regularly throughout the day; especially if you only eat 1-2 times a day for 10-20 years. Be patient with yourself and know that you will make mistakes because you are human.

Much of the food we eat is saturated with pesticides, chemicals and hormones that affect your brain like any other drug. In essence, fruits and vegetables are a sponge that absorbs all nutrients or chemicals from the ground. No wonder we have a society full of unexplained pain and disease. Our animals are full of hormones that affect our bodies when we eat them. The best way to do this is to eat all organic fruits and vegetables as well as uncaged and hormone-free animal products. It will definitely have an effect on your body and mind. Most importantly, it will improve your life performance.

Multivitamins are designed to provide you with any nutrients that your regular diet cannot. In a time-crunched, cell-phone and internet society, it’s highly unlikely to eat a perfect diet and don’t need a multivitamin. Multivitamins contain the nutrition equivalent of 5,000 calories of food!

4. Exercise

Power is a combination of power, agility and speed. Whether you’re a professional athlete or a cubicle queen, you want to be strong, fast and agile. The weaker, slower, and uncoordinated you are, the faster your body will age and the more out of shape you will be! Men crossed the Atlantic and died searching for the fountain of youth; but you can create the best machines by training to have a strong body. Your abilities depend on your lifestyle and time constraints. The human body is the best machine ever created. Earth doesn’t do the same thing every day. It’s not sunny every day, and it’s not rainy every day. Your workout should reflect life. You can run, walk, swim, bike, lift weights, do Pilates or yoga. do something!

Moderate-to-high-intensity cardio burns more calories than old-fashioned low-intensity cardio. The afterburn from moderate-to-high-intensity aerobic exercise lasts much longer than from low-intensity aerobic exercise. Lifting weights is more beneficial as it helps keep your metabolism high for 2 to 3 days. Cardio wears your muscles, so you can’t just do cardio. The post-lifting burn lasts for days, whereas cardio only lasts for a few hours. We aim for higher intensity workouts to generate more afterburns and keep the mental and physical aspects of our training challenging. Sprinting helps the body release human growth hormone, which is great for building muscle and speeding up your metabolism. It also prepares for the emergencies that do occur in life. We’re not always able to walk at our own pace; sometimes you may have to run across the street for your dog, your child, or your life!

5. Tutoring

There is never a successful person without a coach or mentor. Where do you get information about health and fitness? Is it a knowledgeable and experienced source? Certifications can be thrown out the door compared to experience. We say this because we have both. Most health and fitness information starts in the trenches and works its way into the ink. We know we don’t have all the answers. We know that some of the concepts we live by today may be overturned tomorrow. If we don’t have answers to our questions, we seek out and find someone who does, rather than just telling someone something we don’t know. We recommend that all clients do their own research so they can be confident in the knowledge they have.

Knowledge controls how far we can go in life. It can divide people, money, and most importantly, your health. We must always be searching for more knowledge and striving to perfect ourselves because we know we will never get there. It’s the fastest way to reach your next goal. You can never have enough knowledge. Don’t stick to one training method. Body Blast workouts are just one form of training. There are countless training methods. Your exercise regimen should be like water, in constant change. This is the law of life. Your body only responds to the laws of life.

ARF-MC! Remember this acronym! I’ve gone through 20 years of mistakes, injuries, losses, championship teams, and amazing athletic accomplishments that have given me national recognition for designing this model. Take the shortcut and learn these 5 easy letters now! You will achieve great things in your health and fitness and the rest of your life. ensure!

I leave you with this inspirational quote from Anthony Robbins for you to find what really motivates you to be your best.

“People aren’t lazy. They just have goals that don’t work—that is, goals that don’t inspire them.” -Anthony Robbins
