2. Not drinking enough water
ok I really hate boring weight loss advice that talks about how you should drink more water. But let me explain something to you in the hope that this reasoning will finally make you take that boring advice seriously.
When you don’t drink enough water, your body thinks it’s dehydrated. It is a defense mechanism for that is to accumulate and retain extra water in your body. There is no way around that.
Well actually there is a way around it. “TRICK” your body into thinking there is more than enough water. You do this by drinking more of it. If you were to add about 50 ounces of water to what you are already drinking, this will MANIPULATE your body to release and dump this extra water it has been holding onto for you.
The end result. You will lose 3-8 pounds quickly depending on how badly dehydrated you were.
