How to Prevent and Quickly Control Asthma During Attacks
Imagine what it would be like to be a good one minute, normal, healthy person with a full breath of air in your lungs. Simply relaxing the way you normally relax is one of the best treatments you can give yourself – and relaxation can help calm an asthma attack in about 15 to 20 minutes.
