Every body knows that the best foods we like are the worst foods for our belly. How about exercise or exercise who wants to do that. Wouldn’t it be great if you could just come home after work, eat a big fat juice stick, eat half a pie and drink 3 beers and still stay slim? I know what you’re saying, if you want to lose weight, you can’t be lazy, why not? I mean, I’ve seen a lot of people who don’t do any exercise, eat anything, and never gain weight. You know people like that, I’m sure. They always have something in their mouth, but they never gain weight. You think to yourself: you skinny son of b___h. Then you go home eat a salad and gain 3 pounds, why? You do everything right, “Most of the time anyway” why can’t I do what he does? Then you think to yourself: why me. Let’s back up a bit and think about why that is. Take that skinny guy, he eats whatever he wants, or does he? How often he eats. You see this person eating all the time always at the food machine. You think to yourself, he’s going to get fat eating like this, I know, I can’t wait. But if that’s what you think, you’re missing the most important part of this formula. Again, fat loss for idiots. Remember when you were young, when you were skinny and your mom kept trying to go give you more food at dinner, remember that. What was so different then? Think about it, think about what you did all day, and think about how often you ate. I have a 10 year old son, and he is slim, his is not skinny but he is slim. During the course of a day, he may eat something every two hours. It doesn’t matter what it is, he just has to have something in his mouth. The thing is, he doesn’t eat much of anything, in fact, at dinner he eats very little. I used to try to get him to eat all his dinner but I noticed something, he just ate about 2 or 3 hours ago, he might not be hungry at all. One more note, I hope this isn’t too much information, but he uses the bathroom every day, and sometimes 3 times or more a day. See, when you were younger, your metabolism was high, very high. People know this but don’t really know what it means, because if you knew what it meant, you could never get fat. I just did some research and I found out some things that I already knew but didn’t know what it really meant.

Metabolism: is the rate at which your body uses energy, or, burns calories. Your resting metabolic rate measures the number of calories needed to keep your body functioning. Your metabolism burns calories all the time, whether you’re just sitting on the couch or jogging around the block. Even while we sleep our metabolism is working. Your body uses energy to keep running — to keep your heart beating, your kidneys working, etc. Keep that in mind because you can change the rate at which it burns calories.

There are two basic ways to lose weight, do you know what they are? I know you may be thinking about a low calorie diet and exercise.
