As the baby grows, it puts some pressure on the mother’s digestive tract, which causes all the discomfort. Our doctor also suggested my wife drink a lot of water to keep her digestive system as normal as possible. Then I almost realized that it was not going to be as smooth as I expected.

As I thought, as our baby began to grow, it brought with it many health problems for its mother. Back pain and breeding gums were the main ones worth mentioning here. It is very common for pregnant women to gain some weight during the 2nd trimester, which results in pressure on the back. As the father, I did everything from arranging a comfortable sitting and sleeping arrangement to rubbing and massaging the sore spots to comfort my wife. Whenever she needed something, I made sure to have it available right in front of her, so she didn’t have to bend her back. believe me All of these worked amazingly well to offer her comfort.

My wife also suffered from bleeding gums during this period. When I consulted my doctor, she said that it is very common among pregnant women because it is caused by the hormonal changes. Again, hormones! However, our doctor also warned us not to ignore it, because it has been proven that pregnant women with periodontal disease are more prone to give birth to a low birth weight baby and often go into premature labor. So, I decided to take her for a dental checkup regularly. After a few sittings, the dental problems almost disappeared.

As my wife started to put on some weight and of course with the baby bump, it was time for some maternity shopping. I accompanied her. As we were walking back from the mall, I noticed something.
