Also, even when feeding a baby in a sitting position, the milk can still find its way into the baby’s ear, so watch this. Most importantly, never leave the bottle in the baby’s mouth for long periods of time, allowing the baby to feed itself. This is a practice that some mothers often do when putting a baby to bed.
