How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout
Here’s how to lose belly fat with a simple 7-minute workout you can do at home. This is so much better than jogging and crunching… and so much shorter, just 7 minutes. If you do this workout 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.
Hundreds of my clients have practically proven that this is the best and most effective way to lose stomach fat.
Lose Belly Fat Workout
1. Hindu Squats
This is a weightless squat version. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while you either slide or touch your fingertips to the ground with each repetition. You will do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to reach at least 100 in 5 minutes. This melts the stomach fat fast.
So total time, 5 minutes so far.
2. To turn round like a child
This is a new exercise that does so much besides help you lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy after a few times of doing it. This is what you do.
Rotate clockwise 5-15 reps with your arms out like airplane wings. Do as many turns as it takes to get a little dizzy. You don’t want to get extremely dizzy. Then you will repeat that number for a total of 8 different sets of spinning. Each set of spins lasts 15 seconds or so.
Total time for rotation, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all sets of spins one after the other, you can spread them out throughout the day.
Now, the reason it goes around in a circle works is because it stimulates your Endocrine System to balance your hormonal imbalances. Almost everyone has an imbalance. The imbalance in hormones causes you to gain weight and hurts your ability to lose weight.
