I’ve Found a Lazy, Crazy Exercise to Reduce Your Waist Size Fast!

I found a lazy, crazy exercise that can reduce your waistline by 1.75-3 inches fast. It’s easy, it’s simple, you can do it at home, and it only takes a few minutes a day.

If you’re too lazy to even do this, then you don’t deserve to lose weight and inches off your waistline.

Lazy, crazy exercise that reduces your waist – Vacuum Pose

My clients use this exercise to lose between 1.75 inches and 3 inches off their waists in a month or less. It’s similar to sucking your belly, but with 1 big difference.

What you are doing is sucking into your lower belly, around your belly button, not your upper abs area…which is what most people do. So suck your belly. Once you can’t suck it anymore, hold that “pose” for as long as you can. Anywhere from 15-60 seconds is ideal, but the longer the better… in general.

Rest and then repeat… or you can do it later. For an average of 1.75 inches lost from their waists in less than a month, my clients did this for just 5 minutes every day, every day. Now, I have other clients who are more ambitious and think that if a little is good, more is better. And they did this for 15-20 minutes a day, every day…they lost an average of close to 3 inches off their waist in a month.

Here’s a little tip to do this easily for 15-20 minutes a day…do it during TV commercials. The average 1 hour TV show has 20-22 minutes of commercials… so watch an hour of TV and get in your 20 minutes of the vacuum pose. Simple.

So give it a try… try this lazy, crazy exercise that will reduce your waistline in no time.
